terms of service

This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Client purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
PAYMENTS
(1) Payment can be through Paypal or Gcash (in USD/PHP)

(2) For Colored Sketch, Client must pay upfront before the start of the commission

(3) For Others, Product must be fully paid within a week (7 days) after the sketch is sent through email

(4) Seller will not work on the Product unless payment from the Client has been received

(5) If payment is not received within the given schedule (7 days), Client's slot will be revoked
REVISIONS
(1) Client is allowed three major revisions during the sketching/flats phase (pose, color etc.)

(2) Reasonable amount of minor edits after the completions is allowed (changing eye color or fixing minor details)
REFUND POLICY
(1) Client has right to full refund if the work is not completed within 4 months after full payment

(2) Refunds are not allowed after Seller has started working on the Product (after the sketch is approved)

(2) Refunds are not allowed after the Product is finished

(3) Client is obliged to respond to Seller regarding clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc.

(4) Lack of communciation on behalf of Client indicates implicit approval of work progress of the Product
PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL USE
(1) Seller has the right to post the finished commission on my platforms (unless requested otherwise)

(2) Client is allowed to repost the commission given that Seller is properly credited (links to Seller's social media should be provided)

(3) Products cannot be used for commercial use

(4) Client does not have the right to use the Product in any AI or blockchain-related technology (NFT, cryptocurrency, or future related inventions)
COMMUNICATION & DELIVERY
(1) If there are any questions/updates regarding the commission, Client may contact Seller through any of their social media accounts (all listed in Carrd)

(2) Product will be sent through email to preserve the quality
